This hotel was amazing. I had to spend 10 days in Rome, and the staff treated me like family. Madame was wonderful. She helped me with everything from food, to laundry, to getting taxis and touring. The gentleman who ran the establishment, what American's would call buss boys were equally as helpful brining me breakfast anytime of the day and helping as well with whatever need I had. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
It is well connected to take the bus and the metro. The area is not too noisy and the service is fine. Not giving it more stars because it is indeed a four star hotel. It doesn't have the services that would make it a five star, but definitely a very good four star hotel.
it is a few mintes away from luiss uni, staff was really nice and spoke english and very helpful. the room is big and has a balcony but it was facing the road so a bit noisy, the bathroom was not entirely new and clean but acceptable, the location is also good with direct buses to termini, there was no a lot of options for breakfast, bottled water in the mini freezer was not free but sometimes the bar staff gives free water, overall it is good for travellers who are participating events in luiss
