Hotel Fera Anaheim a DoubleTree by Hilton

We stayed here two nights for Disneyland and had a great experience! Rooms were clean and the AC worked great! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a great price. We got some delicious cookies when we checked in so the kiddos appreciated that:)

There was an exceptional front desk worker who helped us a lot. Kayla was intentive and kind and willing to work with us. The hotel was in a great location because it was near a lot of restaurants and shopping and close to main attractions. The rooms were very clean. The only thing I wish it had was a safe in the hotel room.

The hotel was gracious enough to receive us early and and hold on to our luggage until after surgery I was personally escorted up to my room by a valet by the name of Eric who took his own personal initiative and got me to my room because my I had just been operated on. Later I came down the stairs because I had wanted to meet my wife in the lobby but I got lost in the confusion of 100 people in the lobby just arriving or so it seemed to a blind man. I asked the desk clerk if they had a lounge not knowing that if you want a bar you have to ask for a bar. Upon realizing that my blindness was overwhelmed by the amount of people in the lobby Tony assigned me a desk clerk to help me find my room. Just before checkout I found out they have a bar. Waiting in line for the elevator it's not the way I would want to spend my leisure time. There were enough people waiting in line to fill five elevators.
