Hotel Ferienclub Bellevue am Walchsee

Great family hotel! Very close to the lake with its own park and beach. The rooms are clean, cozy and well maintained. Very friendly stuff. On site childcare, dogs allowed for extra charge. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool, both with areas dedicated for small children. Excellent selection of buffet meals (also vegetarian option available). The only disadvantage I could find is the internet reception, which is not always reliable and lack of air conditioning. Tipp: rooms with the lake view are quiter than those with the mountain view. Flexible pricing policy: one can have full board and large apartment with the kitchennet and terrace, or smaller room with only breakfast as more budget option.

A very family-friendly hotel suited for all kinds of families. However, I would like to hint towards things that could be improved: - signs; it were nicer if people were able to find easier (the hotel isn't small, you know) places like elevator, "kindersauna" (we still didn't manage to find that mythical place, which everybody claimed they knew where it's located, but in reality it was nowhere to find). - the soup in the evening... my friendly tip - just don't serve that diluted water! it just damages the whole evening meal ritual; other than this, there was a big variety of salads and starters. - kindergarten; we had our 2 y.o. son, kindergarten accepted kids from 3 y.o. Therefore, me and my wife had enough time to watch. Two ladies in there, doing all kinds of creative stuff but watching the kids. Some 3-4 y.o. kids were spread across the whole hotel's territory (strand, playground) - anything could have happened to them and nobody would notice: the ladies were painting the faces of kids. -- Therefore, I would actually mark it as 4 stars, but given the fact that the Covid-19 Pandemic damaged the hotels around the world significantly - you have your +1 star :)

Visited the restaurant here and service and food quality was very good . This place is highly recommend.
