Great hotel for a family break. Very good rooms, excellent service, fantastic food, and for our stay over Christmas excellent attention to detail, programme etc. We'll done to all the staff, and thank you!
We have had a wonderful time at Ferradura Hotel! From the friendly people, great food, kids activities and beach access, this place is amazing! Not to mention the 9 pools, comfortable clean accommodations and did I mention friendly people?! I would recommend anyone familiar and comfortable with Mexican style all inclusive hotels to give this place a shot. We are definitely coming back!
The plugs on the walls are not well distributed in the room. The restaurant is far from the block I stayed, in my block it doesn't have a restaurant. The keys for the doors kept having issues and had to be reconfigured all the time. In all other senses, one of the best places I've ever been.
