Hotel Ferrari

Hotel Ferrari has excellent service and very friendly staff, they really treat you like family! We arrived in Fidenza after the last bus to Salsomaggiore was gone and there were no taxis at all. The wonderful receptionist organized a Taxi to come pick us up within 20 minutes! We stayed in room 325, which was spacious, very clean and had a beautiful view over the town. At breakfast, the waitress was very attentive and always asked us if we wanted anything extra or more fresh coffee, even though she worked as if she were 3 people. The cherry on top were the breakfast bags today as we had to leave before breakfast. They were put together with so much care and were completely customized to our preference. They even came with little notes! The only negative aspect was that we didn’t even ask what her name is (shame on us), so we can thank her and the other staff properly for their care.

A higly confortable and relaxing hotel in a central location, with a very beautifull swimming pool and wellness center. An eccellent restaurant where to savor the typical dishes of the region. Very professional, kind and helpful staff, always ready to recommend beautifull itineraries and nearby places to visit. All in all a very good experience to be recommended.

The hotel seems like it has had better days. Aircondition stopped working in the room and when it did work it was very old and could only get your room so cold. Terrible food, really. I've never seen anything half as bad be served at a professional place. Other than that the hotel was fine but nothing out of the ordinary.
