Hotel Ferrero

Where to start? Maybe from the beginning! From the moment we have arrived the personeel was attentive, friendly and caring. The location of the hotel is super! The driveway is so beautiful: surrounded by trees, lights. It feelt almost royal ;) The hotel is very charming, clean, stylish. The food is delicious! We had our dinner there a few times and there was nothing to complain ;) Excellent food and excellent service. The room was also above expectation. We will definitely come back!

I went to a wedding in Beneixama and stayed at Hotel Ferrero for 4 days. the location was excellent because the wedding was between Villena and the hotel. It is located in a rural area, perfect for relaxation and isolation away from the everyday bustle of other hotels, yet perfectly situated within minutes of the next big town. Their staff was professional, friendly and courteous, particularly Mathilde, Maite, and Danny. The food was superb; excellent quality and taste. We will definitely come back to the hotel for a longer stay.

Be careful as they can cancel your reservation for reasons that are no written in any place. I wanted to dress as a bride in their Suite de la Torre which is quite big, so I needed that the photographer, my mother, the makeup artist and two bridesmaids were present because they are an integral part of the bridal portrait session in the dress before the wedding. I wanted to be honest, so I told them that it was going to happen during my stay. They just cancelled my reservation. I had this reservation from three months ago, and now just few weeks before the wedding they cancelled it. I asked them to confirm that there won't be any problem and they took two months to provide a response, then the response was that my reservation was not allowed. This is nothing to do with reliability. Their service has been very unprofessional. Don't go there. This is also very overrated for this town.
