Even though we had an issue with the booking.com, the hotel administration was so helpful for us to keep our booking. Both front desk ladies were super friendly, especially the night chef. The room was clean and AC was working properly. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. We didn’t face any issues during our stay. The location is also great for walking to nearby attractions.
Had an amazing stay at Hotel festival. Everything was just perfect — the room was super clean and comfy, and the whole place had a really nice vibe. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made the stay even better.
The best thing about this hotel is its location — very close to the city center, just about a 15-minute walk. The parking area is located behind the reception. The staff are very polite and respectful. However, the heating/cooling system does not function perfectly. The building itself is constructed with materials and finishing that make it more of a 3-star or 4-star stand
