Hotel Figueroa Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Incredible, lovely, comfortable, welcoming. A rich history, beautiful asthetics, combined with a staff that was both warm and attentive, we loved every moment of our stay at Hotel Figueroa. While all the service we had was 5 star worthy, Jorge made the best cappuccinos for me every morning of our stay. I loved the layout of the hotel and how the seating area for the restaurant was set, providing ample room with lavish seating for a variety of gatherings. Perfect beds. The pool area was gorgeous. Food at Cafe Fig was wonderful, but we ran out of time to try the other restaurant option. We'll definitely return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

I wasn’t sure about this location at first, but in the end, it was worth the slightly higher cost. It’s right downtown, making it walkable to many venues, restaurants and night life spots. In addition to that, they not only allow pets, but they did their absolute best to accommodate my nervous pup, Oliver, but giving us a room away from the elevator at the end of the hall so he wouldn’t get startled and disturb other guests. The staff knew us from day 1 and I loved that they let Oliver go to most areas in the hotel, including the pool deck! Excellent experience!

Kat, V, Karen -- all insanely friendly staff up at the front. Gave us such an incredible, above and beyond level of service it's hard to describe how awesome of an experience my now wife and me had last weekend for our wedding. Every single worker here from the valet to bell cart helpers to front desk to service maids went way beyond any service I've experienced in a long time. In a time where people are quiet quitting and crying about working all the time, these folks have me convinced that there are still people who take pride in simply being delightful and hard working. I have so much respect for this place and can't wait to come back. Thank you to everybody I interacted with last weekend!
