Professional service. The receptionist guy managed to find me a taxi to Treviso, in the night, so I wouldn't loose the flight. God bless you :)
The definition of 4 star hotel in Italy is a bit different from what you would expect. It has the facilities but the hotel is old and so is the room. The service is fine but simple things like getting a shirt ironed was not possible. Was asked to go to the nearby shopping center for this service 😳 The restaurant is ok but nothing special taking the price into consideration. Got an Angus steak and 1/3 was not possible to eat due to tendons. There is a 5 min walk to the shopping center and approximately 20 min. walk to the city center. Parking is very good.
requested 2 hotel rooms for one night. i do not own a credit card, only a debit card, so i said i can make the payment for the rooms at the time of arrival, or i can make a payment 2 weeks before by bank transfer. got an answer back per mail that they do not accept people that do not own a credit card !!!! so i'm not accepted in their hotel cause i lack a card??? how rude and discriminating can you be???? probably forgot all about 2 years of Covid already
