Hotel Firefly

We recently stayed at the Firefly while on a family trip with my mom and sisters. Mikala greeted us and let us know that they upgraded us to their very special penthouse - because she heard that our trip was a special trip for my mom to fulfill her dream of going to Switzerland. Mikala was so warm, welcoming, and excited to share in our joy at seeing the beautiful penthouse suite!! Our stay was the highlight of our trip! The staff, amenities, and overall vibe were perfection. The breakfast service in our room was delicious and decadent. And the gym, pool, and sauna facilities were top notch. My mom got a massage from a staff member and it was absolutely wonderful and personalized just for her. I cannot say enough good things about this adorable, cozy, welcoming, and beautiful hotel. I cannot wait to go back!!

What an amazing hotel! Spectacular views, beautifully appointed throughout the whole hotel with top class facilities, rooms are just awesome and the staff provided some of the best service I’ve ever experienced in many years of travel. A must to visit, and I can’t wait to come back!
