Excellent location, very close to the trains for Cinque Terra and the walking areas of La Spezia. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and informative. The hotel parking is extremely (extremely!!!) tight. We thought breakfast was included with our stay, but we were informed upon our arrival that we had to stay for an unknown longer period of time for it to be included (very confusing, not clear when booked). Overall, we would recommend this hotel.
The hotel is in the perfect spot — right next to the train station, which makes getting to Cinque Terre super easy. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is incredible with so many fresh and tasty options. The only downside was the reception staff. Some were helpful, but others could really use some customer service training. It took away a bit from an otherwise great stay. Still, it is a great choice overall, especially for the location and breakfast!
Great location to the train station and clean, nice-looking rooms. The staff on the other hand.. We made our reservation solely because of the possibility to go to the gym in the hotel. When we arrived we were informed that it was out of use for 2 days, even though we attampted to inquire about the gym via email weeks prior with no response. They gave us a 40€ compensation for that. Also on the first night they prepared a sort of gathering-area for the staying football team OUTSIDE many peoples rooms at around 22:30. Of course they were gonna be noisy and I don't blame the footballers at all, theyre just having fun. It's the fact the staff curated a snackzone right outiside other peoples rooms at night was very irresponsible. They could've created a nice area anywhere else, but they chose the area where people were sleeping. Also there wasnt any air conditioning in our room even though it was advertised. This could be just a one-off incident though. Edit: to add, they did tell us that there isnt a silence time in the hotel hut they'd make the footballers quiet up in 30 minutes which we appreciate since it was so late. They were accommodating, but kind of naive i would say. Overall a pretty good experience.
