We spent couple of days at Hotel Fischer am See! The hotel location is so perfect is right at the Heiterwang see! It's 10 minutes from the Higline 179 and 25 minutes away from Neuswanstein castle! Great location for hiking and skiing as well! The staff especially Miss Cindy was so exceptional! She was so kind and be ready to answer all my questions! Breakfast was really delicious! The hotel room was very spacious and the view to look at the surrounding mountains were absolutely breath-taking! Highly recommended!
We have been coming to the Fischer am See for as long as I can remember. The Bunte Family has delivered consistently good food and service all this time. It is worth your time to arrive 30 minutes early and take a walk along the Heiterwanger See to work up an appetite.
We had an amazing and memorable time at Fischer Am See Hotel. The view is jaw dropping, five star customer service and incredible food at the restaurant. We were touched by the kindness of the personnel. Being the only non German speaking guests, they all made an effort to explain everything in English and even in French. They have maintained the family atmosphere, the owners will often come and greet the guests during the meals. In terms of activities, plenty of things to do on the lake and amazing hikes for all levels. We are definitely coming back. Danke schon!
