After our 5 nights stay with the family at Fliana Hotel we can firmly say it has been our favourite option in Ischgl so far. The location is perfect, the rooms are bright and spacious and the outdoor pools are incredibile: exceptional view and very warm, perfect temperature! The spa also has a wide choice of sauna/steambaths. Dogs are super welcome and the staff is extremely nice. As I am celiac and have many allergies, for me the cherry on the cake was the restaurant: I paid 15€ extra every dinner to get a full gluten free menu, but that was really worth it. Never ate so well in a hotel and never had such a wide choice. It is very rare to get this kind of attention and great service. Unfortunately, the booking dates are quite inflexible during high season (e.g no check-in on Thursdays or check-out on Sundays or Mondays, minimum amount of nights…) so it can be a bit complex for weekend ski trips. Anyways, we are so much looking forward to our next stay!
Amazing experience, stayed as a group during the new years period and we always had exceptional service, at the restaurant, in the rooms and especially at the bar with David who is an absolute star and highlight of our stay. The location is perfect, 2 minute from the lifts. Hotel has their own ski locker room that is very convenient in the morning.
The best hotel in Ischgl 🥇. The location is perfect, only 300 meters from the Gondola and the panoramic pool is amazing. I was there with my friends for 1 week and we had a great time. A special thanks to the waitress Miss Kata who welcomed us and took great care of us.
