Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown Tapestry Collection by Hilton

This is definitely a historic hotel from the moment you enter to the elevators. Its close to lots of things as well. The rooms are very nice, beds are comfy, breakfast not too good in my opinion. Everyone here was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Nick checked my family and I in and he was amazing! Sweet, respectful and professional. He even shared a few places we should try. Kevin! "My guy Kev" was our valet guy he seemed to get our car each time we arrived at the hotel as well as when we departed he too was amazing! And very much helpful. And the shuttle guy Im sorry not sure I got his name nonetheless he was so respectful, helpful and very very pleasant. Overall our experience was a 10/10.

Without going into detail, I found myself in quite a pickle while visiting Tampa. Nick and AK Were compassionate empathetic and helpful, I cannot think them all the management enough. The care and service that was shown to me was unmatched in my experience. This gorgeous historic hotel has recently been refurbed, With respect and attention to detail. If you like old world charm And stunningly beautiful surroundings this is absolutely the place for you! The hotel sits right in downtown a short distance from both the Amtrak station and the cruise port and has a free shuttle Every morning. There’s a restaurant a cafe and a bar on site. I’m only sad that I could only give this hotel five stars!

Got to the hotel- our room was warm and blowing out air rather than cold air from the vents, the room was nice and good size comfortable beds, but we had to switch rooms due to the AC not working, then the new room we were on a corner and you could hear traffic honking all night long- felt like the windows were open. My last complaint is the elevators- it took 20 minutes every time we pressed the button to get on an elevator. Super disappointing . Very walkable.
