Hotel flora is beautiful!!! we really enjoyed it it’s in a perfect spot. Frascati is one of the most beautiful little town outside of Rome!!! You can walk everywhere nice shops restaurants and a beautiful church, there is a train station a few minutes from the hotel that will take you to Rome. Hotel Flora has great service!!it’s very clean. the girls in the breakfast room are very nice and helpful!!! Also everyone at the reception are excellent. I recommend hotel flora👍 Grazie❤️
Lovely location, lovely service, but Internet quite poor & needs improving. The rooms could also benefit from more plug sockets.
BEWARE. It is very old and dated and poorly maintained however that could over looked if it werent for the poor service and ill tempered old, miserable, fat lady with the 2 dogs who sits in the lounge area all day and night. She yells at the children, her dogs roam around inside and out (we have 2 people allergic to dogs), would not let us meet or gather in the common lounge area. Our party booked 8 rooms for 12 nights for a fencing camp. The children get tired after 12 hours of fencing and gather for dinner at the common area. We clean up after each usage. It is always empty with exception for the old lady and her dogs. After using the table the first night, she tried to kick us out. After second night, they said we needed to purchase something and pay a cleaning fee which we did both. The male gentleman front desk was nice and assured us it was ok to gather at the lounge however we kept running into issues everyday with the rude, fat old lady giving us a hard time. Cleaning lady from South America was very nice. Breakfast was the exact same thing every morning, pastries bought from a bakery, soggy eggs, cheese, prosciutto, yogurt, and toast. Overall, I would avoid this hotel.
