I Don't know what to say to praise this place more! Yeah, it was clean and a nice place, for sure and with no doubt: Great parking, nice comfortable dinning area and bar, the food was on the top end or really good, breakfast was great! But the service, the staff, my God...AMAZING! The best service and best staff I have had a hotel in maybe 20 years or more! Petra is an Absolute ROCK STAR!!! What a great, professional lady! She worked like hell to make sure we were well taken care of and really looked after everything! She sorted us out like it was effortless. And she just seems to handle the day to day operations of the Hotel like its second nature! What a ROCK STAR!!! And Srdjan, in the Bar and Dinning area. This guy is simply ON IT!!! It is fast, polite, helpful and works his butt off to make sure you (and everyone else) is taken care of! The guy, I don't know where he gets his energy and how he is so proficient, but he is just on it!!! Hey...Hotel Manager/Owner...you have an all-star team! Well done!

I love this hotel, full stop. Absolutely fantastic hotel with such a warm, friendly staff. Matko at the reception was so thoughtful and kind and helpful as well as Dario in the dining room and many others there! The food served here is top notch! The chefs use fresh ingredients and make delicious and creative dishes. We cleaned our plates. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality. Breakfast is also great and you should definitely add it to your booking! Very comfortable beds as well. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and comfortable hotel 👍 The hotel isn't that easy to find if you look for it first time, thus it's advisable to pay attention to the local traffic signs. Then you can't miss it. The hotel is just a 5-10 minutes walk away from the train station located. Thus, it's easy to reach even without a taxi. The hotel is almost brand new and with state-of-the-art security features equipped. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, even if directed to the street. I liked the breakfast, very tasty and fresh - really worth the money (what's worthwhile to mention as you can't take it as a given in all hotels). It's that type of hotel, which I would definitely select again, if I returned to Karlovac. - Thanks for your kind service!
