I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything went perfectly. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The view from the hotel is stunning there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. A big thank you for the champagne on my birthday it was such a lovely surprise! I’ll definitely come back !! 🫶🏼🫶🏼
Pros: Stunning views. Our sea view room was incredible. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - probably one of the best on the island with lots of choice. Hotel is very clean and staff are awesome. Sky bar is 10/10 Cons: Absolutely not enough pool beds for the number of guests, €10 euro weekly charge for a pool towel is a bit outrageous given the cost of the hotel. Gym is very basic and could easily fit more kit in the space.
Overall this hotel had some really nice elements, but I would not stay here again due to the pool area which really let it down. Breakfasts were lovely, very varied. We had one of the larger rooms with a big balcony. Room was very nice, stunning view, very clean. Reception area also nice. With respect to the pool; first of all you don’t get pool towels, you have to pay €10 to rent them for the week. I have never ever had a hotel make me do that when I’m paying well over €200 a night. The pool was often not clean, sometimes having a yellow scum on it. It’s no where near big enough for the number of people staying at the hotel, you couldn’t actually swim in it as it’s so crowded. One of the ladders to get into the pool was about to fall off. There were also about 20% of the number of deck chairs required so there was no where to sit! And to make matters worse - they have six Ibiza style fancy beds that you have to pay to sit on - that space should really be for more communal deck chairs so people can enjoy the pool. Essentially the whole pool area was unusable unless you got one of the 20 chairs as soon as the pool opens- not ideal when you’ve come to relax by it.
