we loved this hotel, had our honeymoon here. smart clean and cosy rooms with awesome views. staff incredibly helpful and polite and friendly, helped us with numerous requests. fantastic breakfast included with wide range of dishes. booked for 3 nights but ended up staying 6. nice quiet back street and easy walking to most sights /old town.

The breathtaking view of the entire city from the hotel is absolutely mesmerizing, and waking up to such a stunning panorama every morning truly sets the tone for an unforgettable stay. 😍 Not to mention, the hotel offers incredible value for money, with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and top-notch amenities that make it worth every penny. 💰 One of the highlights of our experience was the amazing breakfast spread 🥐☕, offering a wide variety of delicious options that cater to every palate and left us feeling satisfied and energized for the day ahead. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, particularly GEORGE 💫 He went above and beyond to make our stay truly special by surprising us on my birthday day with the most heartwarming gesture—our room was beautifully decorated with candles and balloons 🎈🕯️, and he even presented us with a delicious cake to celebrate the occasion. 🎂💖 It was an incredibly thoughtful and touching moment that made us feel so valued and cherished as guests. Serious security issue! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and left our rented car in their underground garage. Upon arrival, we were asked when we’d take the car out, and we said at the end of our stay. On our last evening, we went to reception to pay for parking and ask how to get the car in the early morning. The receptionist told us we needed to move the car because they had moved it and needed the space. Confused, we checked and saw that our car had indeed been moved to another spot. Only then did we realize what had happened: while we were out, the hotel entered our room, searched our belongings, found the car key (which was inside a bag, in an inner pocket), and moved the car without informing us. They never called or messaged us, even though they had my number. They simply returned the key and tried to hide what they did. When I raised this with the receptionist, he yelled at me, saying it wasn’t his problem. No apology, no follow-up, nothing. This is a major breach of privacy and security. I’ve never experienced anything like it, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
