Fontana hotel has so home feel like... With good and spacious balcony Best things was the chai and the food. It is situated near tourist attractions like shiv temple, waterfall and there is also a pool. Everything was a chef kiss.... 🧿

I recently stayed here, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the Bhagsunag temple. The serene surroundings made it a peaceful place to stay. However, there were a few drawbacks to note. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom left something to be desired. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of availability of staff at the reception. Despite the ongoing renovation in the hotel, it would have been better to have someone readily available to attend to guests' needs. Furthermore, the telephone in my room was not functioning, which meant I had to wander around the gallery to find assistance. Regarding the food, it was average. While it wasn't exceptional, it provided a decent dining option. With some basic improvements and perhaps after the completion of their renovation, the hotel has the potential to be even better. I hope the management takes these points into consideration to enhance the overall guest experience in the future.
