I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely friendly. This has been one of my favourite Hilton properties that I have stayed at. I parked at the Nationwide garage behind the hotel, and it was clean and safe. The location of the hotel was nice with a lot of restaurants nearby, and it is connected to the sky walk system.
Beautiful historic building! The lobby was very reminiscent of the golden age of train travel. The rooms are nice and spacious, as well as the bathrooms. I love the calm old world luxury vibe and aesthetic of the hotel. Staff are great especially from the two restaurants.
Beautiful hotel close to many restaurants. The rooms are updated,modern and clean. The shower pressure was fantastic. The in house coffee shop was great, I went there everyday. We even ate at the restaurant. I had the steak and it perfectly cooked medium rare.
