Hotel Fortuna

Even when booking accommodation with breakfast online, the staff was very hospitable and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the reservation in the end, but they arranged everything with great understanding and kindness, they also offered us the use of the paid value in another time. We will definitely book Hotel Fortuna and their services again the next time we are in Banja Luka.

If not THE worst but in the top three worst experiences I've had. The hot tub did not work, the drain was clogged, light switch in room did not work, the telephone in the room did not work. The reception was not occupied after 2000 hrs. Do yourself a favor, find another hotel. Hotel Bosna, Hotel Moskva or Marriott courtyard are way better than this.

In the beginning, the outdoor pool was closed, although the weather was sunny and still hot. We were in the first week of September, but this is not the problem. The staff in the reception do not speak English, and if there is someone who speaks it, make sure that they understand it well because they are very good at taking your money as insurance, and when you ask for it, they tell you that it is the price of renting towels and that the problem is with our understanding. The cost of entry is about 11 km(local currency)per person, and children under 6 years old are free. There is also 5 local currency in exchange for a deposit on the pool entry card. Also, the towel rent is about 3 euros (note that if you buy it, you will pay the same thing). What is strange is that the price of entering the pool does not include towels😒. In any case, an experience that will not be repeated again
