Hotel Fracanzana

We stayed at hotel fracanzana on a recommendation as we were spending a few days at lonigo speedway for training. As with many hotels you do not know what to expect until you arrive, This hotel was absolutely fantastic, the place itself was stunning and very well kept, the staff gave us a very warm welcome, as we had driven through the night non stop from England we arrived at 6.30 in the morning with time to spare, we asked what time we could check in (expecting the normal 2pm as per most hotels) the staff promptly got our rooms ready as we were very tired and got us in immediately (we even had breakfast at 6.30 too!). The rooms are just so beautiful and comfortable in typical Italian style and excellent quality. We had a choice of eating in the bar or their exquisite restaurant i am pleased to say we ate at both and were not disappointed!, the food in the restaurant was just amazing and service also excellent. The staff became more like friends and just could not do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a great time in the area but for me one of the most memorable parts of our trip was made by this fantastic hotel and staff, I will certainly do my best to go and stay again as it was such a pleasant experience in every way and it felt like home almost instantly. Having stayed in a few hotels in Italy over the years I have experienced varying levels of quality and service, Fracanzana is easily the best without question I have ever had the pleasure to stay in If I could I would give 10 stars for this absolute gem of a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel it offers excellent quality and great value. As I said will certainly do my best to get back and stay again. After a long, chaotic drive through the Dolomites and a nearly hopeless hunt for a place to stay, we finally stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel. The staff? Calling them friendly doesn’t even cut it—they welcomed us like family from the moment we walked in. I half expected them to adopt us by the end of our stay. The room was pristine and incredibly comfortable, making us feel like we’d stepped right into an Italian dream. And talk about location! The hotel sits perfectly between Verona and Vicenza, two absolute must-sees in the area. We hit the bistro bar for dinner, and everything was fantastic (do yourself a favor and order the toast farcito). Considering the amazing service, the price was more than fair. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay. The spa was the perfect cherry on top—spotless, serene, and private (just make sure to reserve it!). All in all, this place is a solid 10/10, and we definitely will plan to come back.

The place is clean and neat. Friendly staff. Great restaurant! Head waiter Giorgio was very professional. Note that location is good only for business trips - the hotel is located on the highway.
