She brought a touch of Moroccan charm to our Italian getaway, always ready with helpful suggestions, sharing hidden gems of the area, and adding a vibrant personality to our experience. Her attention to detail and genuine care were the perfect finishing touch on the hotel’s impeccable service. Our room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and opened up to stunning views of Franciacorta’s lush landscapes and vineyards. Each morning, the breakfast spread was a delight—fresh, flavorful, and filled with local treats that energized us for a day of exploring. I found the place to be historic the room was adequate the bathroom was clean the shower was small the water pressure was excellent if you like pressure wash shower this is the place I stayed 2 weeks the staff was very accommodating and spoke some English Google translator was a god send I was able to hold hour long conversations I like this place and the staff. The owner works shifts as well I brought my roku with me as I do not speak italian only a few apps work over in Europe but I made it. I will definitely go back. The coffee machine took some getting used to

Not the cleanest hotel I've been in but for one night was quite fine. Breakfast was decent and staff were polite but do not speak English. Dogs are allowed and they can go into fenced grassy backyard right from the room. Heating was ok (for November) and there was plenty of hot water. Big TV was in the room as the mini bar underneath. Hotel is near highway so it's perfect for someone on commute and during the night it was quite silent and peaceful.
