Pure and undistilled pampering. A fine selection of drinks, gregarious waiting staff and mouthwatering seasonal dishes that are fresh and house-made served in a cosy setting. I came here expecting good food but my expectations were surpassed by a wide margin. 10/10 would go again.
An excellent hotel with all the amenities you could wish for. The restaurant was obviously very well liked in the village as most patrons seemed local - always a good sign! Their sun terrace was marred a bit by the digging work being done in the streams just beneath. That didn't stop me from spotting both a heron and a couple of kingfishers just a few metres from where I was dining! The room was modern and very quiet.
We had a lovely meal at Friedrichs restaurant but I cannot comment on the hotel facilities. The hotel is situated overlooking a stream. Its such a picturesque location food good too. You can eat inside which is good if you dont want the attack of the flies whilst being outside. This happened as soon as the food appeared and spoiled the ambience for me.
