Decent hotel, in a quiet location, extra charge for breakfast, the breakfast as lots of choices and is good. Decor in most rooms dark, our friends room was wood panelled, odd! Overall good standard.

Enttäuschend/Dissapointing Hello Friend hotel. I would like to tell you that you have a poor management policy. After receiving a room that was stinking from the smell of cigarettes, as someone had a smoking party inside, you did not manage to change the room, did not improved the smell in the room (opening the window was certanly not enough to solve this) and did not accept the proposition to cancel the reservation. And as the room was stated non smoking and we are convinced non smokers we really felt very unconfortable with this "bonus". When we wanted to speak to the manager, it seemd like you, dear hotel, have no manager, because if the manager is not on duty on a reasonable time (17:00 or 8:00) when the hotel has 100% occupancy, then...what is the manager good for? Fortunately our stay was short, however we advise you strongly to review your customer satisfaction rate, because nowadays this is what makes the difference and matters! At least you could try...
