Overall, my partner and I had a fantastic stay. All of the staff was helpful, available, friendly and very professional - in every single detail. It was something that was immediately quite noticeable and persisted throughout our stay. The buffet is very much worth it because of the variety, vegetarian and healthy options - the quality of the food was also very high; probably the best I've ever had in a resort. I enjoyed the blend of regional dishes alongside international favourites. We went in mid-June and it was fairly quiet. We parked our car in their underground parking and paid 12€ per day and only used it again once we left. Very close to the resort is a small outdoor shopping area that is accessible by foot. I would highly recommend the grocery store, the souvenir shops and restaurants. The access to the beach via ferry was free through the hotel. If you have kids; they will have plenty of entertainment though their kids club and activities. If you are child-free, there are quiet spaces to enjoy as well - the best of both worlds. We were also happy with the entertainment; particularly the live music, the rooftop sunset viewing, the photo contest and the aquagym. The pools and the gym are incredibly clean - as was the entire resort overall. In closing, if you are a family or are child-free; it's a fantastic option for enjoying the south of Spain.
This resort is a complete paradise since the moment you only enter it. It is an amazing experience to spend some days, even weeks in there enjoying all the activities, gastronomic, nature, amenities... And is perfect for people of all ages, fun for children and teenagers and relaxing (and even romantic) for adults and old people.
The hotel is a great family hotel. Most of the staff is very attentive and there is a lot of activities for kids. Whilst the kids are at the club, you can enjoy the adult only pool. Note that the hotel is frequented mainly by spaniards, most entertainment is in Spanish. A few negative points: the rooms need an upgrade, the water at the buffet was charged for at night (at a high price) even though it was tap water, the staff at the reception was rude and badly trained, most services in the hotel don’t open until 11.00 which is late in my opinion and the bar at the adult pool is barely open for a couple of hours a day.
