Hotel Fuerteventura Princess

Me and my family had an amazing stay! Despite some mixed reviews beforehand, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, staff were lovely, and the food was varied and delicious. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day. There were plenty of activities for adults, kids, and families. The view was stunning, and we loved the several heated pools, spa, and sauna. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 5 days. The hotel's location is great, situated close to a sandy beach. The hotel pools looked nice, but we didn't get to use them as the sunbeds were always occupied, which isn't the hotel's fault. Regarding meals, we had half board. There was a large selection of food for both breakfast and dinner, and everyone was able to find something they liked. The food was tasty, and there was something new to choose from for dinner every day. The rooms were a standard size. Parking in front of the hotel can sometimes be difficult, but if you look a bit, you can always find a free spot on the street in front of the hotel.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming especially Sergio who is an activity entertainer. The hotel itself needs a major clean up and loads of repairs, there are broken tiles and walls all over the place. The reception staff I feel need a bit more training dealing with complaints. The rooms are very basic, the cleaning staff do NOT clean the rooms when they go in all they do is make the beds. If you want a sunbed be prepared to get up very early to reserve on otherwise you have no chance, the life guard was absolutely useless, especially during an emergency situation that happened. The hotel is in a nice area with a short walk to the beach but only if you are able to walk the stairways are very steep.
