amazing place! we spent two fabulous weeks here! the rooms, the beach, the food- simply perfect! a very special thanks to Giuseppe and Donato in the restaurant! it was such a joy to see you every day, you made our stay so much enjoyable! we cannot wait to come back!thank you!
Absolutely beautiful restyled rooms ( book one of them!hotel is old,but these rooms are brand new with very comfortable beds), very nice staff- front desk,restaurant staff and cleaning ladies.Thank you🤩 All team make a great work and you can relax...old trees in hotel garden,shadow and peace. Welcome drink in the beach bar😍
Beautiful location but the hotel is barely worth the 4 stars. The food is bland - I would recommend they look for a better chef. The handle in our bathroom was coming out and it was very difficult to open the room as the door lock was not working well. On the positive side they have a great pool and beach and the bed was comfortable. They have a lovely spot but the hotel needs. renovation in my opinion. The food portions are small, the cappuccino in the morning is made from a machine and I can make a better one at home myself and the staff was very inflexible when we asked for a second portion of pasta for our second child who did not order the main course. When checking out we asked if we could stay an extra hour at the bar but we were asked to leave as they had a big change over - not sure how staying in the bar would affect that. Never experienced this in a 4 star before. We will not come back but we will come back to Gargano
