A great hotel, very well located, not too far and not to close from the touristic point. The service staff is excellent especially at the breakfast, one of the best I've seen, a very important choice, only your coffee is bring to you by the "Chef" after it's up to you. The rooms are confortables, maybe a little noisy because you're near the street with the City activity, but it's not a problem to be awaken like this on my opinion. You've got bus and metro nearby, finaly, a good choice when in Roma 🤩
We got 416 which is a twin room with two single bed. Room is so clean and spacious. Breakfast is great served with a good cup of cappochinno. The Phillipino waiter is very friendly and speak English helping us to make this two days stay very memorible.
The location was great! Very walkable area, there was a bus stop right outside, and it was close by to several great restaurants (one even right across the street). The bathroom was a good size, however the room was tiny. It was hard for my husband and I to move around comfortably (without having to take turns or climb over the bed). There was a cute little balcony, although no chair. The breakfast was good! Lots of options and the staff there were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Our main issues with the hotel were: the stench of the sewer/drain, lobby, and lack of air conditioning. There seemed to be something wrong with the pipes/sewer system because it took awhile for the water to get warm in the shower sometimes, but mostly there was a horrible stench from the sink, shower drain, and/or toilet due to the sewage system. The lobby also had a strong aftershave or cologne smell every time we walked in. The front desk did not always have someone there (they may have been in the back room, just not at the front desk), but the smell was very strong and not necessarily pleasant (or at least, not what you'd want to smell coming into a hotel lobby). Lastly, the air conditioning. It felt fine in the lobby, hallways, and breakfast area, however our room either did not have AC or we could not feel it at all. Luckily it wasn't too hot while we were visiting because we had to leave the windows open which was overall pretty pleasant except for it was pretty noisy at night. Overall, we were grateful with the location and the breakfast at this hotel, but other than that, we felt like a lot of other things could've been better.
