From the moment I arrived at Wellness Hotel Garberhof, it was clear this is more than just a hotel, it’s an experience. The seamless way the architecture and concept blend into the surrounding nature is simply stunning. The natural bio pool, surrounded by lush aquatic plants, created a peaceful oasis that felt both luxurious and grounding. What truly sets Garberhof apart is the exceptional attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. Every corner of the hotel felt thoughtfully curated. From the handwritten name card at my dinner table to the lovely welcome and farewell gifts, every gesture made me feel personally cared for. And then there’s the food. An absolute highlight. Each meal was a masterclass in creativity and local flavor. Crafted entirely from regional ingredients, every bite told a story. It’s rare to find cuisine that is both so delicious and artistically presented, yet still feels connected to the land and its traditions. The staff were warm, attentive, and wonderfully professional, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and discretion. If you’re looking for a place that offers authentic luxury rooted in nature, paired with gourmet cuisine and heartfelt service, Garberhof is a true gem. I’m already dreaming of my return.

Excellent Stay at Garberhof! We had the pleasure of spending a night at Hotel Garberhof in July 2025, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This beautiful hotel perfectly blends modern design with traditional charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished rooms immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. What truly sets Garberhof apart is its outstanding service. The staff are incredibly kind, dedicated, and impressively multilingual. Whether you prefer Italian, German, or English, they are always ready to communicate in your desired language. The wellness area is absolutely stunning, seamlessly combining indoor and outdoor facilities. The highlight for us was the breathtaking panoramic view from the outdoor area, encompassing the Tschenglser Hochwand, the Vinschgau Dolomites, parts of the Münster Valley and Swiss Alps, and even glimpses of Kronplatz in the distance. It's the perfect spot to unwind and find inner peace. Dinner was really good. Each dish was really enjoyable, offering innovative combinations that truly spoiled our palates. The hotel also provides ample outdoor parking, including convenient charging stations for electric cars. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be returning to Hotel Garberhof much more often from now on!

One of the best hotels in South Tirol . Great big room . Beautiful wellnes spa und Big Hamam. Restoran fantastic. Breakfast with a lot of choice. Dinner is Something what I can't forget . For one week it was every evening different and creative.
