Hotel Garbi Park

The hotel is marked as 4* but it is 3* maximum. The building is very , rooms are also very simple. No refrigerator, no kettle in the room. The audience of the hotel is 95% teneegers, because of that the hotel is very noisy. The food is also nothing special, not too much variety. The receptionist told us incorrect information that the hotel has a discount on the parking lot. Would I choose this hotel again? Definitely no.

I was there 2 weeks ago I will tell you what I think about this place it is beautiful not many attractions unless you have a car in my case it is not possible but going back to the hotel I would not give it 4 stars because of the hotel there are no kettles bathrobes no small fridges and the service is such ignorance that when they feel like it they come to you and give you a drink by the pool they have time for everything the cleaning ladies are at a low level they do not care about anything they do not change the sheets and please what to do with it it would be nice if they gave me back half of what I paid the food is not very good one and that's soamo like everywhere else thanks.

I would give this place no stars if I could! This is not a 4* it is more like a 2* the rooms are not cleaned properly full of dust and bugs look under your beds 🤮 i was told the cleaners where overwhelmed and didn't clean the room properly but they where happy to put me and my children in them. I complained they moved me to a different room to be faced with the same problem but the room was alot worse cracked floor tiles that where sharp dust everywhere poo stains in the bathroom thick with dust and under the bed looks like it's never been cleaned. All around the door was cracked and hanging off the wall it wasn't pleasant at all. I booked a 4* for a reason my children have autism and can become very overwhelmed when in new environment it looks nothing like the pictures so they where overwhelmed and upset so that made me upset. After backwards and forwards conversation with anna I had to start recording as she was being very rude she left me and my children sitting in reception all day and said there is nothing she could do didn't even offer for the cleaners to go in and clean the room properly. She also said that she has been to a 4* in London and it's worse than garbi park i had to laugh at that 😆 I started recording our conversation and I told her I have recorded it and she all of a sudden started being nice and moved us to the gran garbi hotel so if you are going there with children and children with additional needs be causuous. The gran garbi on the other hand was lovely
