Hotel Garden

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel after finding it on internet search and booking over the phone talking to Andrea. Truly wonderful stay as Andrea and all staff especially Mauro, the bar tender were very friendly and courteous. We had a standard room with balcony which was large enough, clean and full of high quality amenities from slippers to shampoos. It was refreshed every day. We loved the spa especially the outdoor jakuzi which was relaxing for our aching muscles after full day of skiing. Both indoor and outdoor pools are lovely. It is advisable to bring plastic slippers and pool caps. The highlight of our stay was the gastronomic experience we had. The breakfasts are rich including fresh juices and made to order eggs. There are cakes and snacks when you come back from skiing available till 17.30. The drinks at the bar are very reasonably priced. We felt we were at a fine dining restaurant during dinners. The buffet included very tasty warm starters and salads. There is a fixed a la carte menu and daily selection of 3 choices of first, second courses which offer plenty of variety. Then you can choose from a separate dessert menu or order daily selection. There was a special Valentine Day’s menu followed by live music at lobby. The wine list is not very large but sufficient representing all regions of Italy with emphasis on Trentino like all hotels here. We only wished they did not run out of Lugana from Le Creete. Andrea was always available to chat with us and gave us good advice on ski areas where we have not skied before. The hotel has a shuttle for Alpe Luisa but we drove with our car which we conveniently parked behind the hotel at a dedicated parking lot. We started sellaronda from Campitello but please note the car park costs 10 euro per day. We highly recommend the hotel as they pay great attention to details even like scents around the lobby. Absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Garden Moena! The ambience, the decor, the room, the food and the wellness area were truly perfection. Our view from the room looking out onto the gorgeous mountains was amazing. We had a delicious breakfast and yummy cappuccino, then a stunning hike, back to a relaxing hot tub dip and scrumptious dinner. Thank you wonderful staff and management of HGM for an unforgettable experience ❤️

One of the best hotels in Fassa and Fiemme Valleys. Excellent service, extremely friendly, the ambience in the hotel is what you expect and beyond. The food is top, afternoon tea is full of goodies. This is a hotel you wants to comeback to year after year. What are you waiting for, experience it yourself, you will not be disappointed.
