Amazing location Wonderful service. They assisted us with everything we needed. We stayed in an apartment, seemed newly renovated. Super clean, had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Very uncommon that apartment are cleaned everyday. Very good value for price.
Wonderful place. High standard rooms and facilities, nice and very helpful staff, great close location to major ski lifts and in practically house ski equipment rental and ski passes. And the little details made it near perfect: kitchen including dish washer, possibility to let your clothes washed, dried and folded (for a fee), in house wellness and playroom, evening bar etc.
We had a great stay at this hotel, but I have scored it as 3 rather than 4 star accommodation. The location by the slopes is great. The ski lockers and location are also great. Everything about the hotel itself is good. Great breakfast and choice of food, dining room is good. The accommodation falls to a 3 star because: Reception manned until 8pm but you struggle to find anyone there during those hours. The bar is understaffed. There is a great outside apres bar. But if you want to sit in the small inside bar during apres hours, you can't get a drink as there is no one to man it. And when that is closed and you want a drink then the one bar staff is normally running between the outside and inside bar. And if you're really unlucky, the one member of staff is serving in the bbq upstairs, aswell as sorting the inside bar and outside bar. The rooms are adequate, but tired. The hotel is lovely, but we paid alot of money ( yes, we went at New Year, but it was heavily priced compared to others locally) I would return, but only if the price dropped to match what I think is more realistic
