Location is perfect, breakfast was very good and the rooms were good design and clean. Untill next time! This was out first time skiing in Ischgl and we loved it! Slopes are long, wide and well maintained.
Very cozy rooms and great location, just by the slope. Breakfast was delicious too, there's something for every taste. Spa is also okay for such a small hotel... But! The reception was unacceptable. We arrived around 3 pm on Monday, which is perfectly normal time especially since we were asked about the time of our arrival beforehand. Nevertheless the front door was locked and would only open with a key-card that we obviously didn't have, so we had to wait for around 20 minutes outside in cold until other guests came back and let us in. No-one was at the reception desk to check us in and when I'd call the number on the hotel's website there would be no answer. The card at the reception desk said that there should be someone from 8 to 11 am, and the rest of the time if you'd need anything from them you have to dial "0" on the phone in your room, which is impossible when you haven't been checked in. So again we had to ask other residents to call the owner and ask them to come. Overall we waited for about an hour to be checked in and got no apologies. Moreover the room that was meant for 3 people for some reason had only 2 sets of towels and slippers. The hotel itself leaves a decent impression, but the owner certainly misses some hospitality and manners.
