This hotel is truly stunning. The design, the aesthetic, and the furnishings all make it a stand out property. The exteriors views are breathtaking. We enjoyed using the pools and sauna after a long day of hiking. The staff were very friendly and all spoke perfect English. We loved our stay!
Coming from the US I love this hotel. The service from the front desk was amazing and helpful. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The pools were really nice especially since there was an indoor and outdoor one that connected. The view from the pool is insane and feels like you are in a movie. I would totally come back to this hotel near Matterhorn- it is the best one we stayed in out of all the places we visited in Switzerland.
Perfect Hotel. Great service. Great rooms. Great location. We had the Matterhorn Suite. It has a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, a Cheminée and a bath tube in "the middle" of the room. The service staff will help you with all your requests. Breakfast is really good, the cheese selection is great. We didn't use the Spa but it looks pretty good. I guess you will have a hard time to find a better hotel in Zermatt.
