Hotel Garnì Cristallo

We were guests at this hotel and had a breakdown with our motorcycle. The lady at the reception was very helpful and provided everything we needed so that we could continue our journey with the damaged motorcycle. We will definitely come back — many thanks again!

Hotel Cristallo Is the gem in Ponte di Legno. From views, rooms, and most of all the unpeccable service you can be sure you will have an amazing holiday. We where there with our 5yo girl and the staff treated her like a princess. Met the manager (which I didn't know he was) after check out and he immediately offered to bring us for free to the bus station with his car as we would have troubles with our luggages. Great experience, I will repeat.

Nice view of the town and ski runs, comfortable bed, room was well organized, warm, cozy and clean, hotel staff were polite and efficient. PLUS: there is a large private parking space where you can park your car for free. The bar was good for a beer and quick bite after the skiing session. Bathroom was ok - with hair dryer. You can reach the ski resort using a shuttle or your own car. Ski runs are great, The only drawback I found: ski room is rather small, maybe insufficient when hotel is full, your ski boot are not warmed up.
