The accommodation was excellent—everything was clean, the staff was very helpful, and it’s just a short walk to the cable car. Highly recommended!

A truly disappointing experience. The breakfast was a disaster— no vegetables, just an assortment of cakes. One would expect to find local products, but instead, there was only one type of the cheapest yellow cheese and two types of ham, neither of which were local. Both were dry and unappetizing. Despite no mention of extra fees on Booking.com, all amenities came at an additional cost. The sauna, for instance, was €20 per person per hour—a ridiculous charge. I understand paying for a reservation, but charging per person feels like a blatant money grab. The room heating was another major issue. The radiators worked for a maximum of two hours, making it impossible to dry ski gear. No matter how we adjusted the thermostat, the temperature wouldn’t change—too cold during the day, unbearably stuffy at night with no airflow. The hotel staff was a joke. I can only echo other negative reviews about the blond manager—rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The check-in was supposed to be open until 9:30 PM, but when we arrived at 8:55 PM, the entire place was already shut down. For €200 per night in a supposed four-star hotel, this stay was nothing short of awful. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Beware of this hotel! They charged us twice for the same room using different vendors. Make sure to check your bill carefully if you stay here.
