We stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend and had a really nice experience. Our hotel room was located in the second building across from reception and had a fantastic view of the valley and Bressanone. The spa services were also great considering they were part of the package. As was the nearby gondola pass each day. The breakfast and dinner services were also top notch. All the management and staff were very friendly including Nemo. We had a dog and were permitted to bring him to the guest seating area for dinner. Although we were the only ones in that wing of the building, the staff were always attentive and we actually preferred this area for its authentic charm.
Amazing. Everything was exceptional. Above all, the service and the staff were top class and so friendly. Everyone made our stay a unique experience that we will remember for ever. Food was something new everyday, it was like a Michelin star tasting menu every single day and most importantly so tasty. Rooms were so clean and spacious and hotel facilities (pool, relax room, sauna etc) were so great. Also location is great since it is only 10 min walk from Plose ski base. We are recommending this hotel to everyone, thank you to all the staff of Hotel Gasserhof!
All facilities as the room, pool area, restaurant were excellent. Specially the service was 10/10 . Staff was really polite and friendly. I’m going to repeat.
