Hotel Gault

The Hotel Gault was a wonderful surprise . We found the staff to very attentive . Upon our arrival the staff on site looked after all of our request . Including drinks , food and extra bedding bedding as requested . The staff as well provided about information about Old Montreal's attractions. At night we slept like babies , our room was extremely quiet due to the buildings wall thicknesses. The curtains used truly blocked out all outdoor lights . Another feature of this hotel is the fact that all the beautiful wood framed windows open ( It was nice to allow fresh sea air from The St Laurence to breeze through). In line with the rest of our stay , our breakfast was super fresh with all produce sorced locally. I would like to thank Adam and all of his staff for this wonderful stay . I believe this to be one of Montreal's best kept secrets. Ricardo

Just back from two nights at Hotel Gault. What a wonderful stay. Loved the hotel, clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic with everything within walking distance. The valet parking was an added bonus. A special shout out to Cass at the desk. Friendly and kind. Gave us great recommendations for dinner. Ali at the desk was also wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in old port, one block up so quieter than the main pedestrian street but right next to everything you’ll want to see. Excellent house keeping, very clean & efficient & attentive room service. Valet was efficient & front desk staff was lovely. Breakfast was very good. Very pleased with this stay, we’ll be back!
