Hotel Gemma Adults only

Fabulous location right by the ski slopes. Rooms had great views and were comfortable and clean. Breakfast has a great selection of sweet and savory options. Eggs are cooked to order each day. Dinner is amazing! Each evening we were served a 4-course menu, each evening the food was delicious! The pool and sauna areas were clean and also had nice views of the mountains. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gemma a lot.

We spent a week during our winter holiday at Gemma. As we arrived with the train via Oberstdorf a car pick-up was arranged. Everything was smooth and we could soon check into our rooms. The hotel is mostly newly renovated, but some parts were kept in the traditional style. Rooms are nicely designed and sufficiently large. We also liked to spa area with two big saunas and enough resting chairs for all guests. However, Internet could need some improvements as the coverage in our room was quite poor. The buffet style breakfast offers a large selection of healthy options. Dinners were always great and - thanks to Peter - accompanied with nice Austrian wines. Generally, service was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located at one of the ski slopes. Walking to town is about 15 min, a bus station is close by. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for three nights, started every morning with a swim in the pool, after a perfect and healthy breakfast went for skiing just in front of the door where the piste is. at the end of the day they serve tea and cake before heading to the sauna. The staff is excellent and the food is really good. the rooms are neat, clean and cosy. i def recommend this hotel. Also because they are going to be for adults only from may first. Thank you Claus for the excellent hospitality and high quality!
