Very cozy boutique style hotel in the center of Moscow. Only 10 minutes walking distance from the Belorussian station where the Aeroexpress shuttle train from SVO airport arrives and departs. Only app. 30 minutes walking distance to the Kremlin, down Tverskaya. Very centrally located for gigantic Moscow standards. Indoor pool and sauna for reasonable extra charges
Unprofessional and rude staff. Tried to resolve an issue with the crib for my child With the hotel reception ( when I booked description said they have cribs and I wrote it as a special request on my reservation in advance). Nobody contacted me to address the matter instead administrator Lidia told me quote “ Moscow is big - Find another hotel”. 3 days before my trip right on holiday time. Unbelievable. so I had to urgently cancel reservation and find something else. one day prior Julia from reception said she will contact the general manager To find extra crib for my child and come back to me next day with confirmation. She didn't even leave the note to administrator. Nothing. Nobody called next day. I travel to Moscow a lot. Never had such poor customer service. Very stressful.
They do not change the bed sheets daily. No air con. I have stayed in June when it is hot and humidity is very high. Air con working due to repairs. Poor bathroom facilities...Friendly staff but owner stingy... Only the good thing is close the tourist attractions... Other guests also leaving the hotel with unsatisfaction..
