Hotel Genziana

Very good location (close to three cable car stations), and a wonderful view from the hotel over the Sella mountains. The breakfast and dinner were excellent: very diverse and of high quality. Congratulations to the chef and the entire staff for preparing delightful surprises every day! The apartment was very comfortable, and a special remark goes to the amazing people working there. The hotel staff was always present, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 34 in total - all Australian friends from Sydney with our kids ranging in ages from 14-20. Gladys and the amazing staff were aaaaaaaamazing, so kind and polite and helpful and friendly and well, I could go on. This hotel was efficient in their communication, attentive and honestly they were all a 10/10. Worth every hard earned penny. Thanks Hotel Genziana. Oh and you’re the best location too. This is critical to a great ski holiday.

Very nice hotel! Staff is great, service is very good and the food is delicious. Only the standard rooms are quite basic and too small. Not worth the money. And the sauna should be naked, but almost everybody have their swimming wear on or even do not use a towel in the sauna.A little bit frustrating. Maybe a sign ( pictogram ) at the entrance door could help. Now there is only a sign inside, which nobody reads and is also not in english. But the wellness area itself is very nice.
