Pros: -Nice wellness / pool area -Spacious and elegant room -Great location, few minutes walking distance from colonnade Cons: -Breakfast not diverse (but not bad overall) -Wi-fi not working at all -No room service during duration of the trip -Hair drier not working properly

Great location, great facilities (spa,pool..), beautiful rooms, good breakfast, limited parking despite requesting on booking. Child and dog friendly . Would definitely recommend.

The 4th star they have is charity. Very nice building, spacious royal room and you can see it’s a place full of history and with a noble past. However there’s clearly a lot of services with unkept maintenance (the jacuzzi didn’t work, the pool was cold for Autumn temperatures, the breakfast is subpar, no chargers by the bed, some services are confusing to use, no wifi network reached my room etc) and the staff can be borderline rude. Nice place if you’re looking for something with historical density but pack your bags if you have any service standards. It’s a pity - there’s a lot of potential in that place but it’s clearly a shell of its former self.
