Hotel Germanus

Room are perfectly cleaned. And house keeping staff is so helping and welcoming specially this one lady Mrs. Lily, i like her the most as she always welcome u with warmth and affection, thats commendable. She always ensure that our rooms get cleaned beforw we come back from work. That totally make our day.

Worst hotel in a good location. Rooms never had any renovation for decades. Everything in the room needs refurbishing. Air Condition didn’t work. They changed the room, still it didn’t work. Electric plugs to charge the phone/laptop didn’t work. If you are traveling from USA, this is worse than a motel. Not sure how it has 4+ reviews and a 3 star rating. I would give less than 1. Overall horrible experience. If you are planning to stay in a 3 star hotel, you will be disappointed if you choose this hotel. My suggestion: This hotel needs 100% renovations to meet the current basic standards.

It was my worst stay at any hotel in my life. The room was dirty, furniture,table, side tables all were in shabby condition. AC WAS LIKE OUTDATED fixtures fittings are also old type. The electric board near the side table was loose.There was leakage in the washroom, towels were dirty and there were smells, provided only one dental kit despite requests for two,only one plastic tumbler was provided, service poor, room and washroom unhygienic, nobody was there to help. Breakfast was also not up to MARK, and worst are the attendants at the dining area. Very DISAPPOINTED, IF POSSIBLE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN RATINGS IN MINUS. IF POSSIBLE AVOID STAYING IN THIS SHITTY HOTEL. WORST They CHARGED 5600/- FOR THIS TORTURE.
