Very attractive new hotel with a modern feel. Welcoming staff who were more than happy to help. Rooms well appointed with food quality air conditioning to make it comfortable even in the hotest of weather. The hotel is well placed to access both the old part of the town and the newer part with the shopping center just down the road. Despite the central location it was quiet with very little road noise. Nice range of options for breakfast and a cosy bar area for evenings and drinks.
While the hotel benefits from a good location and the rooms were adequately maintained, these positives were completely overshadowed by the poor service we received. The staff consistently displayed a lack of professionalism and made my family and me feel unwelcome — something no guest should experience. The food was passable but certainly not memorable. Overall, this stay fell far below acceptable standards. I would advise others to consider alternative accommodations where respect and proper hospitality are prioritized.
1- The staff's behavior was very bad. 2- The room cleaning service was bad and the timing was bad as well. They only set a time for cleaning in the morning and when the time is up they postpone the cleaning to the next day. This is illogical and does not exist in other hotels nearby and not nearby. 3- The air conditioning was very bad and the hotel had a very bad air conditioning policy, which was that in the morning and peak periods it was at a moderately cold temperature, and in the evening the employees would program the air conditioning through the system according to the room’s coldness, opening and closing it. 4- I also had a problem with the mini fridge in the room. It was not working from the first day of my stay. I have attached a picture of the fridge. I informed them and their response was that the hotel was full and there was no solution. Was this an appropriate response?
