Amazing service, beautiful hotel, great breakfast and pool. We had our wedding in Ravello through Wagner Tours who booked us rooms in Hotel Giordano. We ended up booking 4 additional nights, and many of our guests booked rooms here. Everything was exceptional. Service was impeccable. ALL of our transfers for the week were coordinated through Hotel Giordano, including a transfer for 20 people for a boat day we held for our friends and they were so on top of it. The staff knew everything about each of our transfers (time, people, destination, pick up, etc.). On our wedding day, room service food (which we paid for) was exceptional. They brought extra mirrors for the bride and bridesmades so everyone could get ready together for pictures. The breakfast is awesome and restaurant staff were super helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough, all our friends also had very pleasant experiences and they even had cribs for babies!
Beautiful hotel. Getting there is difficult if driving. Those small towns have insanely tight roads. Beautiful covered parking area right in front of hotel. The concierge was amazing and so helpful. He made our dinner reservations and recommended great places to go. The views from the hotel are gorgeous. Only down side are the rooms are a bit dated, the couch was old, and the TV was super old. The bathroom was clean, and hot water never ran out, but our shower did back up with every shower. We didn't stay in the room much at all except to sleep, but having a tv that could stream or link to my phone would have been nice. The balcony was the best part of the room by far. Overall a great hotel with amazing staff
The hotel is very romantic and beautiful. The staff is nice and helpful. We got upgraded to a standard room with balcony facing the pool and town square. It was very fresh, modern and really fitted well with my picture of Italy. The pool was quite cold, but that might be the custom in this area. It felt refreshing, but might not be for everyone. Since Ravello is a more quiet town I imagine a lot of families stay here. The town square was full of playing(and shouting) children in the evenings. Unfortunately for us there were many families with smaller children in the hotel during our stay. Which did make it hard to relax by the pool. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and all you could need. Remember to ask the staff for your morning cappuccino 👌
