Hotel Giulia Ocean Club

The hotel is very welcoming, clean, friendly stuff,the breakfast is good. The swimming pool is big and beautiful.

Check in was really quick and we were in our room within 5mins. Good choice for breakfast. Check out was very easy. This was ideal hotel for us as we were visiting family locally. Upon arrival there were no parking spaces. Unfortunately we were not able to relax due to loud music being played due to a function taking place.. We were not able to get to the pool area due to a function going on. Although this is mentioned as a possibility in the terms and conditions of staying at this hotel and it did not affect us it could be a disappointment if you planned to use the swimming pool.

During our stay at the hotel, we encountered a significant issue with the shower in our room. On the second day, the shower failed to provide warm water. We reported this problem to the reception, expecting a quick resolution. However, when the reception staff arrived at our room, they informed us that the situation was "normal," which was surprising and disappointing. On our first night, the shower provided warm water without any issues, so it was clear to us that there was a problem. The response from the reception was unsatisfactory and did not address our concerns adequately. This experience left us feeling frustrated and affected our overall impression of the hotel's service quality. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service, particularly in handling guest complaints and issues.
