The front counter staff are absolutely exceptional. When I checked in I asked if a trolley was available for my luggage with the answer being Yes. I parked my car and low and behold, they brought the trolley to my car. The rooms are spotlessly clean with great facilities and a comfortable bed. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. Definitely recommend.
Very upmarket for the price! Excellent cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast options were very disappointing. But the pleasant and efficient staff were a delight.
Only had cold food options for breakfast. No toaster or microwave in room. Restaurant was closed for renovations. It was a 3 min walk around the corner to an Asian restaurant where you could book meals to your room at hotel.
