We stayed in this hotel for three nights. Generally, I would recommend it, especially for the people who have scheduled an appointment to attend Canada's visa application center like us. Positive aspects: - Clean room: The most important aspect of a hotel room is the cleanliness of the room for us. The room given to us was absolutely clean and unstained. - Warm room: As we were there in late December and it was very cold outside, the heating in the room was perfect. Also, the hot water was readily available whenever needed, especially when taking a shower back to back by two people. - Great breakfast: The breakfast was served on time and it was satisfactorily diverse throughout the days. - Attentive staff Negative aspects: - The main drawback of our experience was the lighting inside our room. Since the hotel is surrounded by tall buildings, and our room was on the second floor, the amount of daylight from outside was inadequate. The fact that two of the four lamps (not counting the lamps inside the restroom) in the room were not working compounded this negative feeling for us. - Thin walls: The outside sounds and noises could be heard easily inside our room. Our room was also beside the restaurant on the second floor, so it added to the amount of noise heard inside. There was a constant dim noise that I think was made by the running water inside the pipes, which was a bit distracting at nights when sleeping.
Nice place Quiet and clean Appropriate location Easy access to city centre by bus Breakfast dose not have great quality and served in a small room without any windows. The breakfast is served at 8.5 am and if you want to check out early in the morning before breakfast time they will not give you take away for breakfast. The personnel are indifference. Bottled water in room is not free. They do not clean your room on daily basis unless being asked to do so .
Not a pleasant experience staying in this “hotel”. Much less than what is expected from a so-called 4-star hotel! You have to remind the staff of the standard services like changing the towels, servicing and cleaning the room, epmtying the bin, etc (none of which received during a 4-night stay)
