Experience of a lifetime I was at Hotel Goan Heritage last week to celebrate my 50th Birthday and my son’s thread ceremony . We booked 50 rooms for two nights. It was an amazing experience for me and my guests . The food was best in class. Full buffet for breakfast , great tasty food for all my menu settings. No compromise in quality and service . Alfredo the GM, was there himself for both the days and made sure that the program was a hit . The staff was cooperative , courteous and provided excellent service. It was a milestone of my life and Alfredo and team ensured a memorable time for me, my family and my guests

I attended a Birthday celebration of my friend . We were there for two nights for the event but we reached two days ago to enjoy the place . The event was memorable . The property itself is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a prime beachfront location with direct access to the beach. The open areas are spacious and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. The à la carte menu is excellent, and the restaurant staff is very courteous and attentive. However, the buffet is just average. Unfortunately, the overall experience was heavily impacted by poor management. The front desk service was unprofessional, and the hotel's policies were inconvenient and rigid. The general staff behavior was extremely disappointing, which left a negative impression despite the beautiful setting. If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location, scenic views, and good food, this place might work for you. But be prepared for a frustrating experience when it comes to service and management.
